It is a well-located apartment, close to two shopping malls (<1km), and with easy access to taxi, bus and Uber. Train is not too far (2km). The apartment is well suited for 2, with stove, oven, fridge, microwave and a wash/dry machine for clothes. All working well. Cleanliness super nice. Internet super good. Air conditioning also working perfectly well. Early checkin and late checkout offering is a plus.
The traffic around can get chaotic (Sao Paulo is chaotic), and therefore there is noise in the apartment, even though it is on the 13th floor. Tolerable though. The elevator is slow.... sometimes this may drive you crazy. The cooking/dining utensils were not ideal, but usable.

Localização e praticidade de check in e check-out.
Manutenção do local muito ruim. Paredes precisando pintura, cortinas e sofá precisando de limpeza e móveis precisando de renovação.
