Çok temizdi.Hediyeler ile karşılandık.Ev sahibi hergün bir isteyimiz olup olmadığını sordu ilgiliydi çok.
Salonda bulunan kanepe sert olmasından dolayı pek yatmaya uygun değil.Kapalı otoparkı vardı fakat apartman sakinleri kullanmamıza izin vermediler.

Konumu merkezi ve evin genişliği çok yeterliydi. Klima ve buzdolabı iyi çalışıyordu. Balkonda çamaşır asmak ve oturmak için yeterli alan vardı.
Temizlik konusunda pek yeterli değildi. Genel temizlik iyiydi ancak detaylı temizlik (mutfak ve banyo lavabosu, küvet) yetersizdi. Banyodaki çamaşır makinesinin içi küf olmuştu kesinlikle acilen temizlenmesi gerekiyor. Çamaşır makinesinin çok kirli olması banyoda kokuya sebep oluyor.
