I had such a fantastic stay here and genuinely can’t fault anything. A big thank you to Zoe and her team—Ming and Quinn—who made the experience exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly helpful, but Ming really went above and beyond. He even gave me a lift to help sort out a mobile SIM card, which I honestly would not have been able to navigate on my own. Thanks to him, I avoided paying for a full month and instead got exactly what I needed for my short stay. Quinn gave me a fabulous French restaurant recommendation. For which, I had an amazing dinner! 🤌🏻 Zoe was always attentive and helped me with directions and anything else I needed, and Quinn made things so easy by helping organise things like massages. The level of care and service from the whole team really stood out. The room itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. I especially appreciated how dark it could get, which made for great sleep. The mattress was firm (perfect for my back), the air conditioning worked brilliantly, and the shower had strong water pressure. Little extras like a hairdryer and razor were also provided, which made the stay even more convenient. Breakfast was another highlight. The Vietnamese and Chinese-style buffet was delicious and honestly reminded me of home—such a comforting way to start the day. The location is in a more local, suburban area, which I personally loved. It gave me easy access to authentic local food spots rather than overly touristy places, and I really enjoyed being able to eat where the locals eat. If I return to Hanoi—especially for another conference—I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. That’s how much I enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

The location was great, rooms were spacious and staff were very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was choices were great and super tasty, and Zoe and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Already booked for next year! 😄

The staff were amazing and very helpful - they made a lot of effort to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The pictures were not accurate, particularly the rooftop pool area. The location was not ideal for the main sightseeing areas and the hotel is located on a very busy main road but there was still a fair amount available near the hotel and it wasn't too far to get to the city centre. The room was smaller than expected from the pictures and the hotel looks a bit run down in some areas even though it's apparently new.
