Sehr schönes, helles Apartment im 17. Stock für 2 Personen. Der Balkon ist auf ein ausgedehntes Waldgebiet ausgerichtet. Das Apartment hat eine kleine Kochniesche mit ausreichend Töpfen, Pfanne, Besteck und Geschirr.

Grundsätzlich gibt es an der Unterkunft nichts auszusetzen. Es wäre schön, wenn es Hinweise oder Kontaktdaten in der Unterkunft gäbe, wie das Spa oder andere Angebote (z. B. Frühstück) des angeschlossenen Hotels zu buchen sind.

kleines, feines Appartement. Vermieter sehr enttäuschend... so benimmt man sich nicht

Der Ausblick war wunderbar. leider war die Scheibe von oben bis unten (ca. 1 m) gerissen. Das störte sehr...... Auch die Schwimmbäder im Haus waren top.

Den Schlüssel sollten wir am Abreisetag um 15 Uhr vorfinden. Zwei Tage vor Anreise war der Vermieter auf dem Handy weder telefonisch noch per WhatsApp erreichbar. Wir wurden schlichtweg vergessen. Wir (mit Kind) haben drei Stunden vor der Unterkunft bei 30 Grad ausgeharrt. Dann endlich meldete er sich, mit der Entschuldigung, er war im Urlaub. Sorry..... mit viel Freundlichkeit und Lachen. Booking.com war schon informiert und dabei uns eine neue Unterkunft zu suchen. Leider wollte uns James in keinerlei Weise entgegenkommen, wir hätten doch gerne eine kleine Entschädigung gehabt. Uns wurde ein späterer Check Out als Wiedergutmachung angeboten, doch James wusste schon (dieses hatte er uns schon bei der Buchung gegen Gebühr angeboten) dass wir dies ablehnen, da wir wegen Schulbeginn früh los mussten. Das war schon sehr fies.
