Calme et très propre. Mais il n’y a absolument rien autour . Pas même une épicerie atteignable à pied Donc tout en voiture , à savoir Concierge très aimable et aidant

I regularly travel to Marrakech solo, this place had no reviews but I booked anyway because of the terrace and pool which were essential for me. I learned I was the 1st guest via booking.com hence no reviews so I am leaving this review so others can book without hesitation, go with your eyes closed. From the moment I 1st spoke to the property managers everything was perfect, I had to leave my Riad in Medina early in the morning and Samir allowed be to check in early which was a massive help and eased alot of anxiety about where I would go with my luggage for many hours..I truly appreciated this. From the moment I met Samir at the entrance of the residence everything was amazing, I walked into the property and was blown away by how beautiful it was from the decor to the views and the terrace is like a haven of peace and 100% private, not overlooked and very very secure with amazing views and so sunny from sunrise to sunset which you can also see breathtaking views of from up there. Everything you need is in the apartment from kitchen appliances and utensils to cleaning products and laundry supplies ( there is a separate room in the kitchen not in the photos with a washing machine and everything you need) the place is beautifully decorated with modern and traditional touches that make the place feel like home the moment you arrive. The Pool is 20 seconds walk from the apartment and is very calm and you can relax without worrying about anything. Everyone at the residence is very friendly and the security are on point and as a solo traveller this is always so lovely to see how secure and mindful they are especially if they know you are alone as a female you will feel highly protected here when leaving and returning to the residence.

Nothing bad to say...I would only advise to grab some groceries on the way as the usual delivery options don't reach there however if you ask Samir he will give you a contact for a delivery service who can bring anything you need such as takeaways or groceries etc for a small delivery fee. There is also a massive supermarket called atacadoa about 10mins drive away that is worth checking out and they have everything you could imagine.
