To be fair, the place is clean and got most of the utilities you need

It must be the owner's first attempt to have an apartment up for rent. They were extremely anxious about their apartment and were not flexible at all. I asked to check in one hour earlier, and they demanded more money. However, that's not the issue! It is when i wanted to check-in in time they wouldn't respond until 3 hours later and had me stay under the rain with my luggage getting soaked which frustrated me. They waited until check-in to make sure i won't be able to cancel and demanded extra money as a deposit which they didn't state clearly. After i mentioned that to them they fixed it on Booking to silence me (a despicable move).Then, at the end of the stay, they demanded extra fees for regular cleaning. I left the apartment even better than i entered it. The owner needs to gain experience obviously on how to deal with tenants and mention everything beforehand.
