I liked the instructions. The willingness of Cassandra and Eric letting me use their oven, dishes and laundry facilities.
The fact that I didn’t have a towel available for the majority of the trip. I didn’t know it was part of the services until the second to last day because it was on the check out information.

Wasn’t anything I didn’t like, the amount of space in the room replaces the no closet area, so I was satisfied.
