Large enough. Good parking
Beds comfortable.
Much much too expensive given unkempt state of garden and general lack of care/ modernity of house.
House could be exceptional. At the moment the rate charged is for a premium product, and the house and garden fail to provide a premium stay.
Furniture all tired.
Bathrooms need to be modernised.
Garden filled with rubbish: old tyre, garden waste, household waste.
Garden furniture dirty.
