Basic but clean
Clean and close to the sea.
Very uncomfortable beds, right next to a very noisy road so difficult to sleep.

No microwave , have never stayed in a caravan without a microwave . To be fair when i checked the facilities it didnt list microwave but i just assumed a functioning kitchen would have one. Also would have like a hair dryer but this wasnt a big deal . There didn't seem to be official parking at the caravan , looks like you would have to park around the corner but there was an empty space where another caravan should be in front and we used that for parking space as i have mobility issues .

Ideal base for exploring the area
Lovely clean and spacious caravan. Fairly quiet park in an ideal location for using as a base to explore the area as we did. Just a short walk to the lighthouse and can walk along the coast to beaches, town with arcades, cafes, shop etc. Easy transport links to Newcastle. Launderette on site was easy to use. Swimming pool kept clean and plenty of lifeguards, changing areas to use before and after. Arcades manned and well maintained. Handy shop on site for any little bits.
Entertainment passes aren't included, as stated, however, the playground was through the entertainment complex so kids couldn't just go off and play themselves without buying passes. Some noise from traffic at night but didn't bother us.
