I liked that this is an apartment and not a hotel room, the neighbours were very quiet & had no issues with noise. Close to convenience stores and about a 10 min walk to the nearest subway station. The apartment was more spacious than many of the hotels I stayed at & you can come & go as you please. The futon was comfortable and bedding warm. I didn't need to use any heaters, the room was not cold. There is a washing machine available which was great, but you might need to google lens/translate from images to know what button does what. I found out that it's a lovely walk to the Osaka castle & reasonably close by.

Like most of Japan the bathrooms are small, I am also small, but I still found it crowded. There wasn't any place I could find to hang towels to dry, this was a concern as it was winter & was not sure things would dry. I stayed alone, but this might pose a problem for a family. I had trouble locating the keys, but it is actually a coded door, I didn't realise I had to go up straight to the apartment and use the code, I was stuck downstairs until a neighbour helped me, I was trying to unlock the mailbox, expecting a key, but the code didn't work. On my final day, I realised there is a place on the balcony to hang clothes & towels, but never opened the door as it was too cold.

Nice and clean room with a bachelor kitchen. Not very central, but only a few minutes to the next metro station. Communication with the host was good and fast. Entrance is keyless and the password was provided beforehand.

Bathroom is really tiny and due to the missing curtain gets flooded when showering (not a problem because of the floor drain, but not very comfortable). The missing TV could have been mentioned beforehand (not because we wanted to use it, but because we thought, it was stolen and contacted the host immediately - it was removed for being repaired/replaced).
