Mini appartamento in palazzo curato e tranquillo.
Posizione abbastanza comoda.
A 2' a piedi dalla metro.
Nell'appartamento, piccolino, non manca però praticamente nulla ed i proprietari rispondono sempre al cellulare.
Gli interni hanno qualche annetto ma non sono comunque messi male.
Il letto è scomodo.
Materasso affossato. Sarebbe da cambiare.

La posizione, la gentilezza dei gestori
Il bagno vecchio (non c'è la doccia né un supporto per poggiare gli asciugamani), la cucina incassata nella nicchia con piastre elettriche vecchie, l'aria condizionata non impostabile, i vetri delle finestre sporchi, il materasso e le lenzuola di un materiale scadente che riscalda molto
