Managed the stairs. We are both 80 in a couple of months
Beautifully warm upstairs and slept like babies
We backed down the stairs and then felt quite safe. But a handrail would be impossible to use we thought.

The creativity and having everything I need in a small space. It was clean and cosy and in a great location!
It would have been nice to have a little treat in the fridge upon arrival, or some nice tea or coffee that feels more like home. But it was a lovely stay either way! There was a bit of a subtle mouldy smell but it wasn't too bad. Overall the owners were lovely and communicative and made sure that I wouldn't be cold. Recommend staying here!

The location was good, close to town.
There could have been a welcome pack. We had to ask for coffee, salt pepper cooking oil. They also did not advertise the "composting toilet". The power went off one night when we came home which turned off the lights and fridge (and toilet!!!). Also, the owner or caretaker advertised all their artwork on a box on the workspace which wasn't appreciated and should have been replaced with a TV or a soundbox for some music at least.
