Amazing location right beside stadium as we had concert there

Comfortable, Had everything we needed.

Could have done with extra towels.

We were in Christchurch to see a rugby match at Apollo Projects Stadium. We chose this property for its proximity to the venue. So the location was perfect for us. The communication with the host was excellent as well. The unit was quite spacious and the beds were very comfy. This unit is very good for 2 people for a short stay.

There was no milk left in the refrigerator and there was no coffee plunger - only a kettle was provided for instant coffee. While the bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms were clean, the carpet had not been vacuumed. There were several stains on the couch. The outside of the unit needs cleaning as well - leaves and spiderwebs are everywhere! There is a main highway right behind this unit and the traffic noise was constant. Luckily we brought earplugs or sleeping would have been difficult.

location is convenient, easy to find, and close to the city. The house is new, with good Facilities. Parking is also good.

What is most disappointing is the room service. The laundry is wrinkled, not ironed, making us feel very bad. The cleaners only do with the surface with disinfectors, no vacuum cleaning the carpet at all. The lawn in the yard is also in a mess. We called the contact person provided during the day time, but failed to reach. Nobody is there to answer the phone or solve our problems.
