Crooked Cottage

Lovely little cottage a short walk to town and a very short drive to the beach. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us so there was plenty of time to appreciate the cottage. It's exactly what we would expect for a laid back beachy stay, the sort we used to have as kids but with more mod cons. It's actual retro - the doors, cupboards etc are original, happily the beds and the couches are modern! Plenty of room in the bathroom to shake off a sandy walk and the shower is fantastic. Nice roomy main bedroom with a comfy bed and lovely view over the back garden, didn't need to use the other smaller one for our stay. You'll see why its called Crooked cottage when you go inside, its quirky but it put a smile on my face. We'll definitely be back.

Booking.com needs to update its listing as there is no wi-fi. Confirmed with the letting agent before we went, apparently they have been trying for some time to get the listing corrected. No real issue there as mobile hot spotting worked well.
