Awesome hidden gem in Skopje. Probably one the nicest stays in the area!

Luka was a very kind, professional, and organized host. Upon arrival, he met us at the parking lot to show us our free parking spot and hand us the keys. He even helped us bring our suitcase up which was kind. He showed us around the apartment and asked us if we needed anything before he left and told us that we could always reach him by phone. The location was superb. Literally a 10 minute walk from the center. The apartment was spotless and clean. Great facilities. We actually would’ve stayed even longer if the itinerary allowed.

The bedroom does not have AC, so we left the AC in the living on and the bedroom door open. Another option is to open the windows in cooler months.

Excellent stay!!!

The apartment is in a new equisite building close to the city center. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, wash laundry. Honestly I felt like home. It has been a long while since I did not have to clean in a booking appartment. Everything was cristal clean and this counts a milion when you have small children. The guests are very nice and warm people. We had tea, coffee, water and cookies. It was the perfect stay. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful, large apartment on the ninth floor of a magnificent building with parking

The apartment is beautiful, large, tastefully furnished, on the ninth floor of a magnificent building, overlooking a large part (not the tourist part) of Skopje. Parking is in the underground garage of the house. I definitely recommend it.

The disadvantage is that the apartment is in a relatively far from the center (say 2.5 km), but this is not a fault - just an information to be aware of.

Znośnie.

Schludne pomieszczenie, widok na ogródek. Wygodne podwójne łóżko. Suszarka do włosów w łazience. Dość blisko dworca (15min na piechotę). Żabka pod nosem. cicha okolica

Pokój przedstawiany jako superior. - brak łazienki w pokoju (wspólna). Brak telewizora czy małej lodóweczki. Jeśli było wifi - zero informacji na temat tego czy jest i jakie jest hasło. Wracając do punktu 1. Tego typu określenia (superior) są dobre dla obiektów typu hostel. Jest to jeden z pokojów w mieszkaniu w bloku. Wysoka kara/kaucja za zgubienie ręcznika jest lekko nie na miejscu. Dlatego też cena 800 zł za dobę, biorąc oczywiście pod uwagę, czas wynajęcia przeze mnie (miesiąc przed), okres wakacyjny (dodatkowo termin odbywającego się Open'er festiwal) oraz czynniki pozytywne jest za wysoka. 300-400zł to górna cena jaką powinno się podawać za tego typu obiekt za jedną spędzoną dobę. Jeśli ceny w przyszłości będą podobne, nie odwiedziłbym tego miejsca ponownie i nie poleciłbym go.

Czystość niestety jest bardzo niska. Pod czas pobytu na parapecie zabiliśmy żywego karalucha.

Comfort e tranquillità a 10 minuti dal centro.

Appartamento molto bello, pulito e silenzioso. Cucina attrezzata, c'è tutto, anche olio, sale, caffè e tea (questo è molto raro, di solito non c'è nulla). Bagno molto funzionale e pulito. Due televisori uno in sala da pranzo ed uno in camera da letto che si possono collegare al telefono cellulare in modo da poter vedere programmi nella mia lingua. Host molto disponibili, mi sono venuti a prendere in aeroporto a tarda notte, aspettando il mio volo in ritardo, sono stati di una gentilezza squisita.

Memnun kaldık

Tesisin konumu ana meydana 15 dakikalık yürüyüş mesafesinde. Gece geç vakitlerde de yürüdük bir problem yaşamadık gayet güvenli. Kapalı otoparkı ve araç için özel park yeri mevcut. Daire 9. Katta. İhtiyaç olan her şey mevcut ve temizliğini genel olarak beğendik. Ev sahibini görmedik hiç anahtarı babası teslim etti, dönüşte de anahtarları güvenliğe bırakıp çıktık. Genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Isınmada herhangi bir problem de yaşamadık. Luka biraz mesajlara geç dönüyor ama iletişiminden memnunuz. Tavsiye ediyoruz

Her dairenin kendi otoparkı var. Daire yüksekte ama asansörler hızlı. Evin altında buranın iki yerel gsm operatörü var ki bu hat alacaklar için mükemmel. Evin içindeki her şey çok yeni makinesidir klimasıdır. Evde herkes için terlik var ama yerler sıcak olduğundan kullanmadım. Televizyonu ses sistemi filan her şeyi beğendim. İtalyan mimarisi ile döşenmiş zevkli bir ev. Ev de peçetelik tuvalet kağıdı yumuşatıcısı hepsi var.

Kesinlikle 4 kişilik değil. Tek kişilik yatağa iki kişi yatmak zorunda kalabilirsiniz.Evin interneti çalışmıyorsa modemi açıp kapatın. Biz ilk başta bozuk sandık. Tuvalette anahtar yok ve dolu mu anlaşılamıyor.

Güvenli ve konforlu mükemmel konaklama.

Dairenin bulunduğu konum araçla ulaşım düşünenler için mükemmel sayılır. Merkez gezilecek eski çarşıya araçla 5-10 dk mesafede. Kapalı park yerine sahip bina altında. Daire lüks plazada ve manzarası güzel. Temizlik ve konfor çok üst düzeydeydi. Yeni ve modern bir daireye uygun döşenmiş mobilyalarla aile olarak çok keyif aldık.

Skvělé ubytování! Rychlost komunikace a vstřícné jednání.

Ubytování bylo opravdu pěkné jako na foto. Ubytování předčila má očekávání. Vše čisté a upravené. Dokonce byla v lednici nachystané láhev vody, k dispozici Káva a čaj. Hostitel byl moc milý, přivezl mě z letiště do hotelu, dokonce mě zavedl do blízké restaurace. Taky mi umožnil dřívější check in. Byla jsem opravdu moc spokojená a doporučuji. Apartmán je součástí velkého bytového komplexu,ale to ničemu nevadilo. Možnost parkování v garáži také plus.

La struttura è molto ordinata. Si vede che c'è una cura nella pulizia ed è molto accogliente.

La doccia presenta tracce di umidità e l'acqua calda dura abbastanza poco, bisogna ricaricare il boiler.

Piękne, wygodne i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie z indywidualnym miejscem parkingowym. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i super obsługa.

Właściwie jedynie brak klimatyzacji w sypialni. Podczas dużego upału klimatyzacja w salonie nie zapewniała chłodu.

Goede locatie voor een goedkoop prijsje

ik vond het appartement super schoon. De eigenaar was heel aardig heeft ons ook opgehaald van de luchthaven.

Er was geen airco in de slaapkamer waardoor je met het warme weer wel met het raam open moest slapen. Helaas was het lawaai van het langs rijdend verkeer heel erg luid.

Το διαμέρισμα, όπως και όλο το κτίριο, είναι καταπληκτικά! Υπερσύγχρονα και πεντακάθαρα, με όλες τις ανέσεις. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στον 9ο όροφο και έχει ωραία θέα, τριγύρω είναι ανοιχτωσιά. Οι φωτογραφίες το αδικούν. Το πάρκινγκ είναι στο υπόγειο του κτιρίου, επομένως είναι και ασφαλές. Μια ευθεία είναι ο δρόμος για το κέντρο, δέκα λεπτά περίπου με τα πόδια. Τριγύρω έχει καταστήματα, σούπερ μάρκετ, πιτσαρίες, εστιατόρια. Ο Luka είναι πολύ επικοινωνιακός, ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε εκεί εάν ξαναπάμε στα Σκόπια.

Κανένα μείον. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα.
