great house, close to Joshua Tree NP.
Drive way was a little difficult managing the incoming and outgoing of vehicles.

The location of the property was perfect.

The place was very clean. The appliances were new and modern. EV charger was a big plus.
The fridge was unplugged when we got there so the fridge was not cool at all. We had to wait about 1 hour for it to reach desired coldness. The air conditioner was also off when we got there so it was hot inside the house. It took a few hours for the AC to cool the whole house. We booked the place to see the meteor shower. I thought the place would be dark enough for us to watch it from the outside. But the place was too close to the main street so there was lots of light pollution. We ended up driving to Joshua Tree which thankfully was not too far.

Position! Above the town on the top of the hill - calm and yet all you need is down there.
You drive through the iron gate into the garden and all the property is yours.
A lot of space, the terrace to sit and drink and watch the movement at your feet on the main road and around the town.
And of course the jacuzzi in the garden to sip your drink after the hot day.
Game room with a bar and big TV indoor.
