Bathroom window handle broken, bigger bathmat needed as shower water floods floor and too wet.

My room was clean and there was hot fridge was available and finctioning I managed to put my food and drinks in the fridge.
The shower does not have a door, so when bathing, water gets everywhere in the bathroom and I have to mop the floor afterwards. The bedding was clean, although it had not been ironed. There were also no utensils provided in the room. I expected basic utensils to be available, especially since breakfast was not provided. I give 10/10 for the twin room
