Location and view through the windows were excellent.

A lot of instructions was stressfull, requirement to transfer deposit. The owner required, in the check-out instructions that were only available right before checking out, that guests take the trash to a designated room in the building. However, there was only one trash bag provided, even though waste is normally sorted into several categories. For a 3-day stay, just one trash bag was definitely not enough.

Appartamento moderno, bello e ben attrezzato con due finestre panoramiche a picco sul mare. La descrizione e le foto sono attendibili e veritiere. L'appartamento è molto ben servito dagli autobus pubblici ed è a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Bryggen e 10 minuti dalla fortezza di Bergennhus. Il gestore ha sempre risposto ad ogni richiesta nel giro di pochi minuti e si è dimostrato disponibile.

A mio parere non era ben descritta, in sede di prenotazione, la necessità di sottoscrivere una polizza danni (per 499 nok) o, in alternativa, autorizzare con la carta di credito un deposito cauzionale di 3000 nok.

A környék nagyon jó volt. A vizparti elhelyezkedés nagyon szép.

A szállás tisztasága nem volt kielégítő. A legnagyobb gond azonban az volt, hogy nem tájékoztattak előre arról hogy 3000 korona kauciót kell adni. Enélkül nem adták ki az információt a szállásról. A szálláson az ágy el volt törve, a konyhapult sérült volt. Ha a hibákat a kaucióból akarják rendezni, akkor tájékoztatni kellett volna arról, hogy károkkal adják át az apartmant. Ne kelljen arról vitatkozni, hogy esetleg levonják a kaucióból. A parkolás egyáltalán nem biztosított, nincs elég hely az apartmanok száma sokkal több mint a parkolóhelyek száma
