The house is wonderfully quiet and immersed in nature, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. It is very spacious and partially renovated, with plenty of room. We particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen—everything we needed was available, and nothing was missing! 😊 The internet connection was excellent throughout our stay, and there is convenient parking available right next to the house for more than one car. The surrounding area is beautiful, with countless opportunities for hiking in the Vosges. The charming villages of Alsace and the famous Route des Vins are also within easy reach, making the location a great base for exploring the region. The hosts were very helpful, responsive, and friendly. Communication was smooth from start to finish, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The house was comfortable and well suited for a group stay. One aspect to keep in mind is that there is only one bathroom for six people, located downstairs while the three bedrooms are upstairs, which can be a little inconvenient. We also had an unexpected little visitor during our stay: a mouse briefly ran across the living room in front of us while we were watching TV one evening! No need to panic, though—with some expert guidance from the hosts, we managed the situation without any issues. After all, it's part of the authentic countryside experience! 😉 This is something to be aware of if you're looking for a rural getaway, where occasional encounters with local wildlife come with the charm of the setting.

mooie ligging, parkeerplaats vlakbij, keuken met alle nodige comfort, goed internet, zeer rustig, fris binnen ondanks de hitte buiten (zelfs zonder de airco in te schakelen). Plaats om binnen fietsen te stallen.
