La vue, la proximité de la plage et des commerces et restaurants...la propreté de l'appartement, le confort.
Le bémol, c'est les escaliers ☹️ moi qui avait mal au genou... mais bon, c'est pas grave quand on veut le lieu idéal.

Très bien accueillies, le logement est très propre, bien équipé et la vue est superbe.
L' accès à l' appartement est un peu étroit( escalier raide)
