Очень вежливый и дружелюбный персонал. Номера в дизайнерском стиле в коллаборации с Lalique. Отличное белье на кроватях и матрасы тоже. Очень качественные халаты в ванной, Завтрак мне тоже понравился. Он не слишком может быть обильный но все необходимое присутствует. Кроме этого дружелюбный персонал всегда готов выполнить любое ваше желание. Особое внимание обратите на сашими из лосося. Все таки вы в Maya Bay ресторане завтракаете. Ну и конечно же ланч или ужин в Maya Bay ресторане. Один из лучших паназиатских ресторанов в мире на мой взгляд. Очень необычное ощущение есть эту еду в заснеженных горах. Очень хорошо организован трансфер по Куршевелю на автомобиле отеля. Быстро и качественно. Валет сервис.
Я бы улучшил подачу кофе - американо на завтраке ( лучше приносить не в чашке а в небольшом графине чтобы лишний раз не просить принести еще ) Небольшое неудобство с выходом на склон поскольку нет ski in ski out. Приходится спускаться и подниматься по небольшой лестнице рядом с отелем внутри магазина INTERSPORT поскольку у отеля нет своего ски гаража и оборудование и ботинки хранится у соседей в INTERSPORT. И конечно хотелось бы хоть и небольшой СПА. Есть только массажный кабинет
