Nice and affordable

Location was good, near to the beach and promenade. 30 minute walk to old town. Supermarkets and bakery around the corner. The staff in the restaurant was helpful, in the mornings got coffee. It was quite clean, not so new anymore, the furniture was already dirty and broken in some places. Air conditioning works fine.

We stayed room nr 5, there was pretty noisy as the balcony door was a little broken. Also behind the bathroom window was the ventilation of restaurant that made crazy noise. The bathroom had sewage smell so we had to keep the window open. Also there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Overall for this price it was rather good hotel.

A Memorable Stay at The House Room We had an absolutely wonderful experience at The House Room! From the moment we arrived, Tonser, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome. He greeted us with a delicious Turkish coffee, showed us the room, and was always available to answer any questions. His warmth and hospitality truly set the tone for our stay. The room exceeded our expectations—it was even more spacious than in the photos, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We slept incredibly well, which made a big difference throughout our trip. The entire staff was genuinely sweet and friendly, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. A great bonus was the convenient on-site parking, located right in front of the accommodation. The location was perfect— very close to the old town making it easy to explore the area without hassle. As this was my birthday trip, what touched me most was the beautiful surprise Tonser prepared: a cake, Prosecco, and a heartfelt letter. It was thoughtful beyond words and made the day truly unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend The House Room to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming, and memorable place to stay. Tonser, thank you from the bottom of our heart for your kindness, and the attention you put into every detail.

Tesinin konumu çok güzeldi. Plaja ve Old Towna yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Fiyata göre kalınabilecek güzel bir yerdi. Restaurantlarında kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği de yedik onlar da gayet lezzetli ve güzeldi.

Odamız temizlik konusunda kötüydü ve yetersizdi.

Fijn hotel net buiten het centrum

Het was een nieuw hotel waar ze erg hun best hebben gedaan om het in te richten en te bouwen naar de stijl van nu. Het zag er netjes en verzorgd uit. Aardige mensen en fijn dat er een parkeerplaats tegenover ligt en de bakker naast het hotel zit. Ook fijn dat het restaurant eronder de eigenaren zijn zodat je altijd even langs kan lopen als je een vraag hebt.

Очень приветливый персонал! Проводили в апартаменты, все рассказали и показали👍🏻сама гостиница расположена очень удобно! В номере было всё необходимое, чистый и уютный. Гостиница находится прям над рестораном, где очень вкусно и не дорого можно поесть! Недалеко находится бесплатный пляж. Рядом много магазинов и разных ресторанов. А также недалеко в пешей доступности старый город…, но мы к сожалению не успели туда сходить…

Heel nieuw hotel wat dus fijne moderne kamers betekent. Hier en daar moest nog een lampje opgehangen worden, maar voldoende in orde om al te verblijven. De host was heel vriendelijk en kon ons overal mee helpen als dat nodig was. Locatie is ook top, binnen 15 minuten wandelen sta je aan het begin van de boulevard van Budva. Het ontbijt wat je voor €10,- pp kon krijgen was top! Heerlijke uitgebreide kleine (Turkse) hapjes, warm het koud.
