Once we got in, the apartment was pretty great. Very clean and well organized. Patio door leads directly to the pool area. Perfect for our group. Bed and mattress topper were very comfortable. Location is perfect. We were right on the river and could walk to The Banks to take the Connector to OTR for dinner.
Check in ended up being a little wonky. We got the message that the space was ready but the key wasn't in the lockbox. And then we were waiting for approval to be let into the parking garage. The space was clean and ready for us once we got in, but we did leave the door open to let the smell of weed and air fresheners air out a bit. We spent the afternoon at the pool while the smells died down. We also realized that there was no toilet paper or paper towels anywhere in the space. We ended up bringing some back with us after we went out to dinner.

Host was wonderful. Very accommodating on providing extra time for Oktoberfest weekend. Was steps from the festival! Place was super clean and had a great Cincinnati theme. We liked it so much, we already booked for next year!
It can be a little cumbersome getting in and out. But once you figure it out it was fine. Other tenants there were very nice and helpful.

Great space lots of room very close to ball field secure parking nice outdoor grilling space
The pool was broke not told till the day before we went was not offered a discount or refund was there and parked would be nice if they had one person on site to let you know where to park space and a more convenient place for the key to be picked up
