The location is very good and the building is new. The apartment has new furniture.
The cleanliness of the apartment was deplorable and definitely needs improvement. The mattress was dirty, and there was no mattress protector. The bedsheets were also too small for the size of the bed, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.
I would highly recommend investing in proper, good-quality bedsheets, mattress protectors, and towels. Another basic thing that needs improvement is the soap provided. The current product was very poor quality and did not clean properly. Providing decent hand soap is a small investment that would make a noticeable difference.
Overall, more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and basic essentials, as these are fundamental things guests should be able to expect from any accommodation.
