The room is big and the bathroom is also very spacious. The little sitting area is ideal for tea break or late night supper. Love the free drinks in the mini fridge and the generous bottles of water every day. The laundry service (FOC) is also excellent; we gave them the night before and the bag of freshly laundered clothes will be hanging on the door by 8am the next morning.
One of the guys at reception helped us to pre-book the night cruise as we did not have a China telephone number. He was very patient and helpful.
All in all, it was really value for money and we enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel.
The hotel is located somewhat between two subway stations, not really a problem except when it is raining or you had been walking the whole day.

The hotel is very well located and the design of the rooms is very pleasant! Staff is very friendly and helpful!
Sadly for us, we had a very noisy neighbour and could hear the TV noise travelling through the walls. However, the reception took immediate action after hearing our complaints and asked our neighbour the lower the volume.
