Wir haben dort nicht geschlafen. Es war bei Buchung nachweislich ein (zusätzliches) Schlafzimmer angegeben. Dieses war nicht vorhanden, wäre für uns aber notwendig gewesen. Der Vermieter waren nicht bereit, uns das Geld zu erstatten. Booking.com hat sich trotz wiederholten Aufforderungen nicht um eine Rückzahlung bemüht.
