If you want a place where you can take a full shower, sleep comfortably and feel safe…then stay here!

The Handheld shower was very nice as hotel showers usually are terrible. The bed was VERY comfortable, I liked the texture of the sheets and the pillows were great! Off street parking was very nice. It was very quiet. It will be nice to stay here again when we come down for specialist appointments.

Slippery bath tub. Everything else was GREAT!!

Clean, quiet, comfortable, pleasant, inexpensive

Perfect communication with owner. A quiet and peaceful area. All the appliances worked, a comfortable mattress, a clean bathroom, delicious body washes, clean sheets and towels, a large TV, and a cozy little room. Ideal for those looking to spend some quiet time with their significant other or simply spend the night in a new home during a trip. For the same price as a motel room, you get a quiet, comfortable place to relax, away from outside noise and people. We loved everything!

Perfect place for two nights, nice quiet area, no issues at all throughout our stay. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was super comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here for price and overall comfortablilty. Location is a 10/10 for its distance to many fun things to do in sac, and just felt safe.

Only problem with our stay was parking because it was small but that’s our own issue for having a big car, not the owners fault, we parked across the street and we’re perfectly fine. Just keep in mind if you got a van, truck, or big car you just gotta park across the street.

The hosts were completely helpful and did whatever they could to meet my requests, etc.

Although I felt quite safe in the area, the general location occasionally provided a glimpse at the urban car camping culture. That's just the reality of life in American cities these days, and everyone seemed to be taking care of their business and acting decently. Of course, the property owners have no control over any of that, and the rental property itself was very nice, well-maintained and peaceful. There were no problems of any kind. The interior was very clean, and there were many kitchen accessories and utensils available; same with the bathroom.

Excellent stay and I would highly recommend to any newcomer.

It was in a very wonderfully secluded and central part of town. 20 minutes any which way would lead to something new to do and thats very convenient. The Owner was very kind and was very understanding of my personal confusions regarding the property.

I was personally confused about which room to stay in but the Owner clarified by personally showing me which room was mine for the stay. Other than that I have no complaints.

Quiet, comfortable bed, great A/C. Easy parking. Felt safe.

The temp was in the 90s during the day and remained warm in the evenings. The A/C was on when I first arrived and that was so welcoming! There were also 2 bottles of cold water in the refrigerator! There was an overhead fan, too. The place was clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well each of the 3 nights I spent there. It was in a residential area and very quiet. The WI-FI password was posted on the wall. I didn't use it so I don't know how well it worked. Body wash, shampoo,conditioner, soap ,lotion and toilet paper were all amply supplied as well as nice thick towels. Plenty of dishwashing and cleaning materials available as well as instant coffee, creamer, sugar and sweetner. There was also a full sized stove and pots and pans should I have wanted to cook! The 2 coffee mugs were so cute! There is an enormous TV.

There is a drip coffeemaker but no filters ( or coffee) for it. For information purposes only: There is very minimal metal flatware and regular dishes. There are some plastic utensils and paper plates. I didn't mind because it had everything I needed.

Very clean property the host keeps the place very clean quick to respond to any questions needed, also the room is very accommodating big tv as well fast internet which is a must for me when working from home.

The suite was quiet, bed comfortable, location good for my purposes.

The room was pleasant and temperature was very good. I was somewhat surprised that there was no cleaning or trash removal, but it was liveable. It would have been helpful to have more information about checking in as the building wasn’t what I expected and I didn’t find the owner for a few minutes and had to check with some other tenants. The bed was very comfortable!

The smoke/fire alarm went off shortly after I got in the room, but mt son was able to detach it. The stopper in the bathroom sink isn’t working properly and, as I said, I was expecting to have trash removed. Also, I wasn’t sure how to work the TV as the remote didn't work like the one at my home does. Some instructions might be helpful.
