I recently stayed at Wandr after a gap of a few visits, and I’m glad to see the hotel returning to the quality of experience I remember from earlier stays. The last couple of visits felt inconsistent, but this one reminded me why I chose Wandr in the first place. I’d like to specifically recognize the reception team members Satish and Anand. Both the morning and night shift staff were consistently helpful, courteous, and understanding. From check-in to check-out, they handled requests without delay. That kind of attentiveness makes a real difference after a long day of travel. It’s also clear that feedback shared at this hotel is heard carefully. The management acts promptly to improve services, and you can see the result in the quality of service now. That responsiveness is what builds lasting trust with guests. It’s these small, human interactions that bring back the trust in a place. Thank you for restoring the level of service that makes Wandr stand out. I’ll be more confident recommending it again. Looking forward to my next stay.

Good location and infrastructure

Not clean, there were ants everywhere in the room. I complained and the guy cleaned it once but still there were so many ants everywhere. Intercom didn't work so had to go to ground floor even for a bottle of water.
