Nice building and yard from outside, good location, shops few minutes on foot, beach is near by, common washing machine, host is smiley, attentive and helpful. Only one air con in the smaller room, it did the job well with open doors, I’m not sure it’s the same if you close them.
If you go with a bigger car the narrow alley will give you big time reversing in.
For 5 people you will get the bigger apartment on the ground floor and you can forget about the view, all you will see from your kitchen window is other guests’ cars in the yard and the neighbour’s wall. (The smaller apartments upstairs are much nicer.) The beds in the smaller room are extremely squeaky even when you just touch it. The bathroom is tiny. Cleanliness on our arrival was about 6/10. We are not sensitive to sounds, but if you are, the geothermal pump (or whatever was it) working with small breaks will be galling. Also I would suggest to install hangers for towels, clothes etc.
No offense, I’m not criticizing, but if you arrive with kids, it is good to have some info.

The cleanliness of the room and the location.
The room was very clean, which is why I rated it as shown. However, the so-called “apartment” is actually just a small room. The bed was comfortable and spotless, but quite small as well. I had to move the table and chairs to the side just to open my suitcase and still have space to access the bathroom. For one person it’s more than fine, but for two people it becomes extremely difficult.
Also, for a normal car it’s extremly difficult to access the parking of the location. I am a really good driver, but had a bigger car and the space was challenging and extremly narrow. The host was nice and sorted out a public paid parking area with no extra cost, which was nice and I appreciate.
It was also challenging to communicate with the host as it does not understand english at all.
For 5 nights, only 2 towels were provided, luckly had some personal ones in our suitcases.
The positive side is that the beach was only a 15 minute walk away, so there was no need for a car. The elderly gentleman hosting us was also very kind. Still, the price compared to the conditions was far too high. I’d say it should have been about half of what I paid for five nights.
What I appreciated most was the cleanliness. Overall, the room is simply too small for a couple. With 2 big suitcases, was challenging to move around the room.
