Location was great! It was a very comfortable place and I'd be happy to stay everytime I'm in Miami.
I smelled the stench someone mentioned. Nothing the homeowner/host can do about that. Think it might be sewer gas maybe. It lasted maybe 15 mins tops when I noticed it. THAT WOULD NEVER PREVENT ME FROM BOOKING AGAIN! And I stayed there for 2-weeks.

Great place. The owners was great. The location was great. It was nice to see the water out of our back patio.
There's nothing that I didn't like. Everything was perfect.
