Anil luxury apartments

We were one of the first people stay at ANIL's brand new appartement. He was there to hand over the keys, showed the place and even brought some fruit! There's airconditioning in the bedroom ánd livingroom. The bed is firm but in a comfortable way. There's a small kitchen (+ coffee machine!), a tv and a balcony. Bathroom also up to standards! And everything very clean :).

Nothing really to dislike, but if I have to name something; an extra pan for cooking and some more kitchen utensils would come in handy :).

Absolutely everything was perfect – this is by far the best place we've ever booked! The apartment was brand new and had everything we could possibly need. Alex, the owner, was truly the best host we've ever had. From the very beginning, he took such great care of us. Anytime we needed something, he responded immediately. He even gave us beach towels, brought us delicious fruit platters, and surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine! We had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back!

Tutto bellissimo! Alex, il proprietario di casa, è stato un ottimo host, siamo arrivati tardi la sera perché il traghetto ha fatto ritardo, lui ci ha rassicurati che non c’erano problemi e che ci stava aspettando, ci ha coccolati, non ci ha fatto mancare niente, ci portava la frutta fresca, ci ha lavato i panni sporchi quando lo chiedevamo, ci ha consigliato i posti da visitare, ci ha consigliato dove andare a mangiare, prenotava i ristoranti per noi parlando in albanese e trattandoci divinamente! Era sempre presente con noi, ci ha trattati come se fossimo amici, c’era la cucina molto abitabile, il mini frigorifero che noi abbiamo riempito come se fosse enorme, l’appartamento bello spazioso, posizione ottima per Golem, ha in ballo un ottimo progetto, ci ha raccontato che in inverno farà una bellissima piscina al piano di sopra! È un ragazzo giovane, ma ha le idee belle chiare! Siamo molto contenti di come ci siamo trovati! Se dovessi tornare in Albania, sicuramente torneremo dal nostro amico Alex! La consiglio a tutti la sua struttura! Davvero ottima!🥰

Assolutamente niente! Siamo stati soddisfatti da quando siamo arrivati che ci ha dato le chiavi del nostro appartamento in mano, fino al giorno che siamo andati via Spero che continuerà a trattare i suoi clienti così come ha fatto con noi, è un ragazzo d’oro!

Our stay at Alex’s place was absolutely wonderful! The house is brand new, built in 2025, and we were among the very first guests to stay there. Everything was spotless, with brand-new furniture and equipment — from the comfortable mattress to the kitchenware, everything was in perfect condition. The view was amazing, and the location was ideal: a very quiet and peaceful area with private parking, just 5 minutes from the beach by car. Alex was a fantastic host — kind, helpful, and always available whenever we had a question or needed anything. He gave us great tips on places to visit and local attractions that were truly worth it, which really enhanced our stay. If you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet, and welcoming place for your holidays, this is the perfect choice. Thank you, Alex, for everything — we’ll definitely be back!
