Amazing apartment

Once again, a very comfortable stay. Most of my previous comments remain the same; regarding the view, the bathtub, kitchen amenities, location etc. I was impressed to see that the host added a dishrack in the kitchen, curtain, as well as a coat hanger in the bedroom (clothes storage). This definitely makes the apartment more comfortable, and feels more like a home. Very well done. Since I showed photos of the main areas in my last review, I will just share photos of the new coat hanger, the new dishrack next to the sink, the view etc. (I took these photos after I unpacked my things, so you will see my shower gel, washed dishes, the bathroom bin moved to the living room where I do my makeup, etc)

First of all, this was my first time staying in the Nadzaladevi district. It is central, the apartment is only about 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro, and there are countless stores, shopping plazas, eateries, etc within walking distance. Even if you need to buy an affordable jacket - you can find somewhere easily. Downstairs in the same building, there is a fresh produce store, and a Libre supermarket - so really it is a convenient location. The apartment is actually brighter and more spacious than in photos. The decor is fairly simple; nothing too fancy, but the furniture is modern and stylish. There is a small Smart TV, which you can use to watch normal channels, or even watch Youtube directly. The bedroom is small, but the bed is very comfortable, there is a thick duvet to stay warm. Cleaning is fair. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, and there is also plastic containers to store food. The stars of the show are the bathtub and the view. My goodness, it is such a treat to be able to relax in a full sized bath after a long day. The balcony is quite large and on a high floor (you can enter from the living room and from the bedroom), so you have a spectacular view of Funicular and many other beautiful parts of Tbilisi. Communucation with the host was easy, and she is very kind, and professional.

There is only one small wardrobe near the entrance to keep your clothes. No closet to hang dresses, no big drawers or wardrobe in the bedroom, so if you do plan a long stay, you may not have enough storage. There is no dishrack, to dry dishes - so you will have to leave the dishes on the counter after washing them.

The main advantage of this apartment is undoubtedly the view. It is truly beautiful and makes a strong impression. The apartment has also been renovated, and overall it could potentially be a good place to stay.

Unfortunately, there are many significant issues that seriously affect the overall impression. First, the apartment looks unfinished. The router is hanging on loose wires, and there are exposed cables sticking out in several places. The entrance door is in very poor condition and was not even properly cleaned. Second, the level of cleanliness is extremely low. We found long black hairs in all rooms, including on the floor and even on the bed linen. It felt as if only a very superficial cleaning was done after the previous guests, or possibly none at all. The condition of the textiles is also problematic. In all rooms the curtains and sheers are torn or damaged. The bedroom also raised serious concerns. The mattress is old and does not have a mattress protector. You can feel lumps and unevenness through the sheet. The bed linen is worn out, washed out, and too small for the mattress. The sheet constantly twists and slides off during the night, so you end up lying directly on the mattress. The pillows are of very poor quality and do not provide proper comfort for sleeping. I would also like to mention an unpleasant situation on the day of departure. The elevator chip suddenly stopped working, and despite several attempts to contact the host, she did not answer the phone. As a result, we had to carry our heavy suitcases down from the 11th floor using the stairs, which was extremely inconvenient and physically difficult.
