Comfy 1 bed Apartment, great location 200Mbps WiFi

Very comfortable and modern flat in great condition with a comfortable kitchen-living room and a very pleasant and quiet balcony. The block of flats is appealing and organised. Easy access for drivers. Kitchen is well equipped.

On arrival - note that the flat is on the third storey (second floor UK) and accessed through an unpromising door and staircase. Water heating for shower etc is a little confusing (but does work). Note the coffee machine is a 'pod' type. While the flat is well positioned for road access it is a reasonable walk to the bus stops and both the main sea front and the old town. 10-15 mins to 'tombs of the kings' on foot.

The appartement is very clean ,there is everything that you could possibly need as equipments.. the terrace is nice, there is no sun in the morning, could be used to have breakfast or coffee without the heat.

If you don't have a car ,there is nothing around , everything is at least at 15-20 minutes of good walk ( beach , supermarkets, restaurants etc)

La posizione è un po' defilata, ma se avete la macchina non ci sono problemi, la fermata degli autobus più vicina è a 15 minuti a piedi
