Appartement avec balcon et vue sur la mer, très bien situé près du centre ville. Confortable et bien climatisé.
Manque d'eau à certaines heures de la journée mais lié à l'approvisionnement de la ville.Climatisation bruyante et chaude sur la terrasse.

Il terrazzo offre una vista meravigliosa
Le foto non corrispondono molto alla realtà, l'appartamento necessita di qualche miglioria (luci in camera, condizionatori rumorosi...).

Appartamento confortevole, nuovo, pulito, bagno grande con finestra, due stanze con spazi per sistemare le cose, cucina comoda, luminoso, infissi nuovi, terrazza utilissima con bellissima vista sul mare. Ottima posizione centrale.
Sarebbe comodo trovare in un appartamento alcuni accessori, oggetti o alimenti di prima necessità soprattutto per i turisti che viaggiano in aereo. Presenti stoviglie e pentole, ma niente di più. Migliorare la pressione dell'acqua della doccia. Odore un po' sgradevole proveniente dallo scarico. Scale strette e ripide x portare su i bagagli. Consentire sempre la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in attesa di rendere disponibile l'appartamento. Per quanto La Maddalena è un posto decisamente incantevole i prezzi sono esagerati ( appartamenti/ ristorazione/ bar, supermercati) .
