Not the owners issue but the lower pool is a risk for smaller adults and kids until the cover is fixed on the suction pipe in the middle of the pool as caused case drowning. The owners have thankfully reported this to the site

A Comfortable apartment with a very powerful shower

A comfortable, spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood with a cozy green courtyard and pool, offering stunning views of the sea and mountains. There's a beautiful, spacious terrace. It features two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a dining room with a kitchen. We stayed in winter, but quickly figured out how to heat the rooms with the air conditioners for both winter and summer. Driving up was a bit tricky due to inconsistencies in the GPS maps, but the coordinates provided by the owner were helpful. We checked in at night using a combination lock and had no problems. Thanks to the host – everything was thought out down to the last detail, including a shoe horn and plenty of adapters for electrical outlets (a rare feature in apartments). Удобные, просторные апартаменты в тихом районе с уютным зеленым двором и бассейном, с перкрасными видами на море и горы. Красивая, просторная терраса. Две спальни с двумя ванными комнатами, обширная гостиная и столовая с кухней. Мы были зимой, но быстро разобрались, как прогреть комнаты кондиционерами "зима-лето". Немного сложно было подъехать из-за несоответствия карт навигатора, но помогли координаты, предоставленные хозяином. Заезжали ночью, по кодовому замку, проблем не было. Спасибо хосту - всё продумано до деталей, включая рожок для обуви и достаточное количество адаптеров для электрических розеток (что редко встречается в апартаментах).

The water in the taps and shower was only cold, we couldn’t figure out how to heat it. Вода в кранах и душе была только холодная, мы не смоги найти, как ее нагревать.
