Villa Azzure Horizon Pollonia

This was our favorite rental of our entire three-week trip. The property was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally well stocked. George was a fantastic host and welcomed us with water, sodas, wine, fresh fruit, and a fully stocked coffee station. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, a great shower, comfortable outdoor patio, and a dedicated waterfront area with loungers just steps from the house. The location was excellent—only a two-minute walk to a great breakfast and coffee spot, a small swimming beach right outside the property, a dedicated parking space, and less than a 10-minute walk to restaurants, shops, and the harbor. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making our stay even more comfortable.

There were only a few minor suggestions. An umbrella or some shade by the private waterfront loungers would make the space much more enjoyable during the day. We found the main bed a little too firm for our preference, and a few extra blankets would have been appreciated since the bed coverings were fairly light. Also, there is another rental on the upper floor, and we were kept awake one night by guests walking heavily and talking on the upstairs balcony. Fortunately, this only happened once and didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful stay.

George has an excellent, well cared for apartment overlooking the water. The kitchen was well appointed, nice living room, lovely covered porch and a little sitting area across the street right in the water to watch the sunset.

Nothing really. Maybe George could add an umbrella in the seating area on the water.
