Très agréable villa dans un quartier résidentiel au calme tout en étant non loin de la plage. Piscine très belle et agréable, dans l'intimité familiale. Terrasse conviviale avec grandes baies vitrées sur séjour. Trois chambres dont une en suite parentale. Possibilité de garer la voiture sur le terrain. Terrain entièrement clos avec de magnifiques pins parasols.

Le mobilier de piscine, bains de soleil, sont à renouveler. En règle générale, le mobilier, les batteries de cuisine ainsi que couverts et matériels culinaires se sont accumulés au fil des générations. Un tri et un renouvellement paraissent nécessaires. Dans le terrain, très belle collection de plantes grasses, mais attention (et à proscrire) certaines variétés ont des épines très "attachantes".

It felt like it lacked any kind of TLC...The sofa and chairs on the terrace were so old, all the stuffing was hanging out of them...2 of the 6 sunbeds were unusable, as so broken, the other tables and chairs in the garden were again all dirty and broken ! The shelves in the wardrobes were unusable, as made out of cheap plywood, that had stains on them, and were all bits coming off, so would get on your clothes ! Shower curtain was really mouldy..there were only 2 towels, despite the villa being for 6 people, the decor is eclectic to say the least, and everything felt like it needed to be cleaned before using !!
