The host, Luka , was excellent. friendly. efficient . i have experienced difficult and stressy checkins at Orbi - but this was NOTHING like previous experiences. Value for Money is exceptional. Bed seriously comfortable. very clean. the studio was on the smaller side at 30sqm but we did chose it so can't complain. it was enough for the time we stayed there. highly recommend Luka .
the lifts are genuinely RUBBISH and will do your head in - BUT this is NOT this private managed agents fault. hotel wifi in public areas bordering on pathetic BUT the in room wifi is as GOOD as anything else i have experienced.

Розташування чудове: центр набережної, з вікна видно море, до пляжу 2 хвилини. Поруч багато кафе і магазинів. Номер чистий, затишний, відповідає фото. З 40-го поверху відкривається неймовірний краєвид на море, місто і гори, видно літаки. Є балкон, зручне ліжко, усі необхідні побутові прилади. Не вистачає лише дрібниць: немає гладильної дошки, кухонних рушників і засобів для миття посуду. Зселення швидке, персонал ввічливий. Єдиний мінус — складно з паркуванням, доведеться пошукати місце. Ліфт працює швидко. Орбі Батуми D1 — гарний варіант для відпочинку: затишно, зручно і недалеко від моря. Рекомендуємо!
