ゲーム設備がとてもよい、部屋が綺麗
チェックインがスムーズでなかった、歯ブラシがなかった、ゲーム時自分のマイクが他人の声をひろってしまいハウリングがすごかった

全体的に文句無しでした。
5人で並んでPCゲームを遊べるのが思ったよりもよく、2泊すれば良かったと思いました。
事前に通知いただいた解錠用パスワードに誤りがあり、少しの間立ち往生しました。
その後、カスタマーセンターに電話して事なきを得ました。

The house is ok and clean. Weird set up for the living room and in general the arrangement of the house could be better, but overall clean. Funny enough, they advertised property as close to Mt. Fuji (which you cannot see from the house or the neighborhood) but they don’t advertise beautiful sea view. I don’t understand the logic
The service is terrible. We missed some of the check in info and then we couldn’t get in the house. No one answered the phone and the check in system (tablet) couldn’t register us. Overall, check in experience was terrible, 1 out of 10. When we called booking.com and escalated, only then they answered the messages, but this costs 20 mins calling booking in roaming and for some reason we could connect only to the one in uk. So… they were available but just not to us - their guests! But of course, to the booking.com they answered immediately. Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend
