location to Granby Reservoir for fishing, local groceries, restaurants, and Rocky Mt. Park. Unit 1303 was stocked with everything needed to cook meals and enjoy mountains. We were on the 3rd floor so stairs but worth it for a 3 bedroom apartment.
the under beds could have been cleaner and it was a drive to get to pool area. I had to call to get the door access code the day before our arrival. The refrigerator does run all the time, can hear at night
