this place is a bit of a hidden gem. We've stayed in quite a few "vacation club" rentals, resorts, and the accomodations here were equal to those. There's a lot of usable in a relatively small space here. It's very fresh and new-feeling. The area is very walkable with lots to do. We stayed here for a concert at the nearby music hall, and the neighborhood provided all the entertainment and fun we could manage. I don't live far away but I'd come back just for the fun of it. "Breakfast Brothers" downstairs in our building - super good.
We had some confusion re: $150 security deposit required. Our room door code wasn't working. We called their help desk and were told that we owed the refundable security deposit. If that was communicated to us during the Booking.com process, we somehow missed it. We paid over the phone at the door to our room, and we could then get in. Just a heads-up to future guests, this was a little frustrating but we got over it.

Our stay was booked last minute but so glad we found this place! Everything was as described. Well appointed and unique. Spacious. Full kitchen (only has a k-cup coffee maker) Full size frig/freezer with ice and water. Comfy beds. Large bathroom. Washer/Dryer combo. Easy check-in. There is a train track right behind but the noise was barely noticeable. It is in a fun location with a great restaurant/arcade across the street. Several other restaurants (pizza, burgers, tacos, sweets etc) really close like The Breakfast Brothers being next door. Babe's Chicken is just around the corner. Response from the owner was good
Parking can be challenging but once the restaurant crowds dwindled, we were able to park in front of our suite.

I liked how big the room was. If felt like an apartment. I also loved how it was uniquely decorated!

The property location was great for the Cowboys game. It was very clean and beautiful. Definitely recommend.
