    We didn’t stay here. I had booked this place because it was close to the soccer tournament for our kids to rest in between and overnight games. We went to check in and were told their key card machine wasn’t working. They had ordered a new one but it had not yet arrived, they suggested we come back to see if they get it but we decided to canceled the reservation. We did not want to risk coming back and then telling us they didn’t get the machine. We were upset that no one had reached out ahead of time to let us know before we got there. Most if not all hotels that are safe for kids were booked around the area. Anyway they cancelled our reservation on site. I was advised to reach out to *** whichever I had used to booked the room. I reached out yesterday and spoke with the AI chat. I was told an agent would be working on it and they would respond within 30 min. I got no email, no answer. I will try again during the week. Sorry to say we did not have a good experience with this hotel, location looked decent outside inside is newly renovated but still under construction.

    I was disappointed with my stay at Baymont by Wyndham Williamsburg I-64. The property feels very dated and poorly maintained. The front entryway and drive-up area were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. A simple high-pressure wash would make a huge difference in the overall appearance. The flower pots throughout the property were completely empty, which added to the neglected atmosphere. Overall, the hotel had an unusual and uncomfortable vibe that at times felt almost unsettling. With some basic maintenance, landscaping, and attention to cleanliness, this property could improve significantly.
