A truly luxurious & well equipped apartment in a great location.Communication & instructions were excellent and the building is very secure using facial recognition. There is also an undercover secure parking bay should you have your own vehicle.

Can be a little tricky driving out and turning right if there is a lot of traffic but that is a minor detail that takes nothing away from this amazing gem of a unit.

We loved the location, amazing sea view. Walking distance to restaurants,and beach. Very safe building. Lovely apartment small but for the 2 of us ,it was perfect.

Before checking in ,you have to stop your car across the building in a small parking lot. Then proceed to the lobby on foot for check in. The problem is ,you have to cross the street,,no safe place to cross the street to the lobby , and the road is very very busy. After checking in you have to cross the street again to get to your car. And then drive your car into the buildings parking lot, crossing the busy street again.Cars don't give way with no robot and no stop sign either. The car entrance and exit can be a challenge.getting in and out. Very safe building. Recommendation, a chair in the room to do my hair and makeup .A small table in bathroom would be nice,where we can put our toiletries and clothing on. Highly recommend.

Location was great. The apartment has all the amenities you could possibly need. Very nice decor. The facial recognition was good and the property felt secure.

The bathroom door was loose on the hinge. The building seems to have an issue with the plumbing installed. The drain trap is problematic because there is a loud gurgling noise accompanied by a bad odour. The bedroom is very bright at night because of the light outside. Maybe worth getting curtains.
