TUDO O QUE SOLICITAMOS, NÃO FOI ACEITO PELO ANFITRIÃO. PEDIMOS PAPEL HIGIÊNICO, MAS A RESPOSTA FOI QUE APENAS DOIS ROLOS ERAM DE CORTESIA. PORÉM O GRANDE ABSURDO E INACEITÁVEL FOI TERMOS QUE USAR AS ROUPAS DE CAMA DURANTE 21 DIAS SEM NEHUMA OUTRA PARA SUBSTIRUIR, ENVIAMOS MENSAGEM E COMO SEMPRE A RESPOSTA FOI QUE ESTAVAM AGUARDANDO UMA RESPOSTA DO PESSOAL RESPONSÁVEL A ACOMODAÇÃO, E PARA NOSSA INDIGNAÇÃO A RESPOSTA VEIO DEPOIS DE COBRARMOS QUE NÃO ESTAVA PREVISTA TROCA DE ROUPAS DE CAMA. É INADMISSÍVEL E ATÉ ANTI-HIGIÊNICO UM CASAL TER QUE USAR A MESMA ROUPA DE CAMA DURANTE 21 DIAS!!!!! ALÉM DISSO QUANDO CHEGAMOS UMA MENINA ESTAVA FAZENDO A LIMPEZA AINDA, PORÉM DENTRO DO GUARDA ROUPAS ESTAVA CHEIO DE SUJEIRA, PÓ, CABELOS JUNTO AO ASPIRADOR DE PÓ. E NÓS TIVEMOS QUE FAZER A LIMPEZA. LEVAMOS ISSO AO ADMINISTRADOR COM O NOME DE MANOEL E ELE SIMPLESMENTE PEDIU DESCULPA. EM NENHUM MOMENTO TIVEMOS NENHUM AGRADO COMO FORMA DE RECONHECIMENTO COM AS FALHAS.
