Two Bed Flat By The Beach No Parties No Events

Great stay, very pleasantly surprised, especially after reading a previous negative review. The property is spacious and fairly minimalistic (in a good way) it has almost everything you need. Shower is small but worked well with hot water, bath was great, having two bathrooms and the layout of the flat was well designed. The heating worked well, and the mix of laminate flooring and carpets was actually pleasant. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, and the size of the rooms were larger than we expected, with a nice big dining table (4 chairs). The tv is an excellent huge and hi def. model, wall mounted, (usefully out of the way when have a child). The couches were great and the location of the apartment is wonderful, by the coast and a few good restaurants, great to skip stones with the little one and go for a walk. Although you have to download an app for entry, it's surprisingly easy and effective, so wasn't an issue. Would very happily stay again next time if we can!

Initially, unusually we didnt have a welcome message with details, but once we were proactive in that regard, feedback was prompt. As feedback if the owners read this, it was christmas and we didnt have a bottle opener! :,( The dinner table chairs in the lounge are pretty, but not overly stable/ poor manufacture quality, thankfully our little one didnt break them as kids move and wiggle etc a lot, but we minimalised interaction! I think one other element the owners may want to invest in, would be to re-seal all the windows (particularly the kitchen) as you could clearly feel the breeze through the closed window, and it must be costing them money in heating. But none of the negatives held much sway on the overall great experience.
