The perfect apartment for your stay in Motril. Perfect location, very clean and very comfortable. Free parking 4/5 mins walk away. All mod cons and immaculate.

La superficie et la propreté. La personne qui était sur pièce pour nous aider était adorable
Le bruit de la rue (pas de double vitrage) donc c’était très bruyant et il faisait très froid dans la pièce de vie (pas de mode de chauffage dans le salon et cela manque beaucoup surtout en hiver

En una buena zona para moverte por Motril . Con farmacia , supermercado, restaurantes … que ir a pie. La tranquilidad en el apartamento y comodidades al disponer de todo para su uso así como su estado pulcro y buen decorado .
La falta de aparcamiento no pago entre semana pero eso no depende del anfitrión .

Pas de chauffage
Immeuble très mal insonorisé entre appartements (on entend une voisine qui parle très fort jusque tard le soir). et avec l'extérieur restaurant argentin et bar juste en dessous.
