Located right in front of the marina city khan entrance. Walking distance from the restaurant and yacht chaters.
Struggled to find the entrance as there was some construction on the plot next door. However, the host was really awesome with clear directions and pictures and helped via the messenger app.

Location is very good. Once things were working, the apartment was fine. Nice terrace area, decent TV
Reception location is not very obvious and there is no clear entrance to the building. I had issues during my week's stay with both water and electricity going off (these were resolved quite quickly but having no air conditioning in the middle of the night was not fun). The promised WiFi in the apartment never materialised. That said, the apartment was of good quality and the reception person was friendly and helpful!
