The closeness to the marina and beach - but from the photos on booking.com it looked like we had a front window view of marina - instead our view of the marina was from the outside side of balcony - our view was a building site
There was no washing machine which would have been handy - the iron and ironing board looked like it belonged in a museum it was so old - could have been a bit cleaner too - we found hairs in the bed

The location is fantastic, right beside the Marina with restaurants and shops. The taxi tank was right outside the door.
I was staying in a bedroom on the first floor facing the road and bars. The noise at night was very loud and did not stop until 3am every night I should have brought ear plugs. The pillows on the bed were dreadful - lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed was ok though.

Maybe a new paint job on the stairs and passage up to the building and apartment entrance. Do something about the flies outside the front door.

Was close to the marina
It was unfortunately on a building site
And a lot of massage places all around us
Could do with more than 1 pillow
View was deseving had to lean over balcony to see marina view in front was building site and massage parlours
$$$$
