Apartamento Maréa Luxe Estepona

The location was good - approx 20 -30 minute walk into the centre, about 15 minutes walk to the beach front. The beds and pillows were amazing and extremely comfortable. The apartment was really modern and spacious. I would have given this a 10 if it hadn’t been for the lack of cleanliness on arrival.

The most disappointing aspect of our whole stay was on arrival there were no cleaning products or toilet roll and the apartment was not 100% clean from the previous visitors. The dishwasher was full and had not been on. Some of the utensils also had to be rewashed as they had been put in the cupboard dirty. The fridge had not been wiped clean. There were scuff marks on walls, a hole in one wall.! The wardrobe was slightly damaged too. I would expect at least toilet rolls, washing up liquid, cloth, bath mats, bin liners and a tea towel. We phoned/messaged the hosts at least 3 times to ask about the cleaning products and were promised they would be dropped off. If they are not included it should be made clear at the start so we can plan accordingly! With a €800 deposit for damages surely someone should be there to meet you to check over the apartment! A basic welcome pack would also be welcome - just with bread milk and water would be very helpful!

Świetny apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji i blisko parku z placem zabaw, a jednocześnie bardzo spokojnie. Czysto, nowocześnie i bardzo komfortowo. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem. Zdecydowanie polecam!

We stayed 5 nights in January and the apartment was warm and cosy!

Needs more kitchen equipment such as a toaster and tea towels and pans. And a bathroom bin. The key to the garage you can find once in the apartment.

Mooi ruim redelijk nieuw appartement met een parkeergarage voor de auto, dat is wel fijn.

Kleine gebreken bij aankomst in ons appartement ,voor ons had schijnbaar een groep gezeten en men had nauwelijks tijd om het appartement schoon te maken. Was wel te zien , daarnaast bij beide douches defecte douche stang , deze kon niet opgehangen worden , rolluik op slaap kamer defect. Los zittende kranen . Beetje slordig maar heeft ons verblijf niet verpest. Het past alleen niet bij een dergelijk mooi appartement. Tip voor de verhuurder; leg voor de huurders een pakketje neer met handdoek en theedoek voor de keuken incl afwasmiddel, vaatdoek en afwasborstel.
