Comodo alloggio a due passi dal centro città - Fermata Metro "Marconi" a 200 mt

The room has a nice design and the facilities are relatively new. It was clean, well lit, well furnished and well equipped (there are speakers in the shower were you can listen to radio while you shower, the kids got a kick out of that). The building is also new and at a very close proximity to Porta Nouva train station and the Marconi Metro station, and not very far from the city center. Check-in process was smooth. the owner is very nice and helpful.

The apartment is very small, too small for 2 adults+2 kids in my opinion, and the pictures don't convey how small it actually is. I Wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 people. The air conditioner is effectively non existent. It oozes some cold air at an extremely low strength and if you press yourself very close to it you can feel some coolness but it does not cool the room at all, no matter what the settings are, such as fan strength and the temperature. In my country we would regard it as broken and replace it. I don't think this room is suitable for the duration of the summer. The shower, whilst new and renovated doesn't really work very well.

L’attenzione è eccezionale: il proprietario è super gentile, sempre pronto ad aiutare e un trattamento caloroso che ti fa sentire a casa. La posizione è ideale, in un quartiere vivace ma tranquillo, a pochi minuti in metro o a piedi dalle principali attrazioni di Torino, perfetto da esplorare con i bambini. Il posto è moderno e accogliente, e pulito. creando un ambiente perfetto per le famiglie. 10/10, un soggiorno indimenticabile!

Bien situado, cerca del centro, se puede ir caminando a los monumentos principales. Edificio tranquilo, zona segura rodeada de comercios y servicios.

El aire acondicionado es insuficiente, no enfría adecuadamente y hace calor. Hubo que combinar el aire con un ventilador, no es cómodo en época de verano. Es una habitación pequeña con cocina y un baño. Aunque tiene sofá cama, no hay espacio para 4, solo lo recomiendo para dos personas. De hecho solo hay 2 sillas.
